In Training

Mistress and slave are "in training". And I'm not talking about Mistress's new lover imposing some sort of long distance discipline on our sexual habits. At least not so far.

No, our training has to do with a long trek and climb we have scheduled for September, guided by that legendary "Mountain Man" that Mistress has had a bit of a crush on for several years.  To prepare, we've had to spend more time hiking and cycling, extending our endurance and strength. The altitude here at our SW hideaway and the nearby mountains also are helpful for our preparation. So we've been getting in a long hike or bike ride everyday here since our arrival.  The relentless sunshine and dry air have been very cooperative.

Sunday we hiked down into the Rio Grande gorge, testing our feet and cardio conditioning for about 4 hours. Yesterday it was a long ride with some bracing hill climbing tossed in.
