After a long and emotionally draining mission on family business to Europe through Christmas, Mistress and slave have been hunkering down at our Southwest Hideaway these last three weeks, spending some time on the ski slopes and avoiding too much socializing here in our small high desert town. The background actors sure seem like the cast of colorful oddball characters we see in these parts everyday.
