Sex was a bit of an afterthought here at the UCTMW World HQ on Saturday. (Well there was our traditional wake up sex). Instead we loaded the Dommes in Training into the car for the 2 hour drive to the flatlands north of here for the Rolling Stones show at a huge football stadium best known for the high priced contract of its itinerant Coach.
Slave saw the Stones on their 2nd tour through these parts, back in the fall of 1965. Yes. That's nearly 50 years ago. A second row seat cost me $7.50 (I spent my birthday cash). And the sound system was so puny that you could barely hear Mick sing "This Could Be the Last Time" once the teen girls started screaming.
I must say I was not all that pumped about the long drive to see them in a massive stadium. Oddly, it was our 21 year old who proposed the outing, and we (as always) indulged. But it turned out to be a fun (if very late) night. I'm not sure what demonic brew Mick, Keith and Charlie imbibe to get them moving as quickly through a 2 hour set. But they did not let their geriatric fans down.
And the video and sound systems were a tab more complex and massive 50 years after my first evening with the Stones.
As we walked back to our car in the dark, Mistress did express one regret.
"They didn't play Under My Thumb, Slave."
Dang.
I suppose that should be the official theme song of the UCTMW blog.
i love the Stones...and we love that song too! What did the dommes-in-training think of the show?

The younger one was into it, and knows the music. Which is odd considering her age. The older one grin and beared it. She is more into the likes of Usher.
