Initially, Mistress found the questionnaire a little daunting.

I printed the form out and reviewed it. Yes, pretty detailed. Respondent is required to identify experience and preferences in response to myriad categories of conduct and equipment, with responses ranging from "hard limit", "curious, "likes" to "Love".
But slave, always dutiful, offered to help her complete the "checklist", running through the many options to gage her reaction and help her complete her "assignment".
It starts with "Role Identified", ranging from "Submissive, Dominant" to "Switch, Fetishist".
"Well I may be Domme to you slave, but I guess for this purpose, say "submissive".
After all that's what this little adventure is all about.
Some of the "sex" categories were easy to answer.
"Vaginal"... "advanced "experience and "loves" was the natural response.
But "anal"? She identified as a "beginner" and only "tolerates". Not quire a "hard limit", but close.
"Rimming /anal licking"? Ick. That was a "hard limit".
What about "Sexual Body Fluids / wearing"?
"Huh....What's that slave?"
